Melita Lewis has been painting and drawing since she can remember. She received formal art training from the Massachusetts College of Art, where she majored with honors from the illustration department. She has worked for a variety of clients since graduation, on projects ranging from book illustration to animation.
Melita began drawing caricatures on the cobblestone streets of the historic Quincy Market, in Boston Massachusetts in the late 90’s. Since then she has drawn an estimated twenty thousand caricatures at functions and events nationwide and for 100's of customers online. Her style is fun, flattering and fast. Customers always enjoy the process immensely and walk away with a fabulous memento of their experience.
